Incidental Allowance. 13.2.3.3.1 An Incidental Allowance shall be paid when a Stopover exceeds six (6) hours. For every subsequent twenty-four (24) hour period above the initial six (6) hours, an additional Incidental Allowance shall be paid. 13.2.3.3.2 If a Stopover exceeds six (6) hours during a continuous duty period an Incidental Allowance shall be paid.
