Incentive Cash Awards. Executive shall be eligible to receive such incentive cash awards as the Board may determine from time to time. All incentive cash awards shall be paid in a lump sum, on a date determined by the Company, on or before March 15 of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the incentive cash award is earned.
