In the AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE region the Intercarrier Compensation provisions of this Attachment apply to Telecommunications traffic originated and terminated between the Parties over each Party’s own facilities only and do not apply to traffic originated by CLEC over local circuit switching purchased by CLEC from AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE on a wholesale basis. Compensation for such traffic is addressed in a separate commercial agreement.
