Common use of IN LOCATION Clause in Contracts

IN LOCATION. L5.11.01 An employee kept on duty may be required to work at another location within the city in their classification; however, such assignments will be in inverse order of seniority providing the remaining employees are capable of performing the tasks/duties required.
