Common use of In January and July Clause in Contracts

In January and July. the Employer shall provide the Union with a seniority list of all current full-time and all part-time employees covered under the terms of this Collective Agreement. The list shall be posted by the Employer. This list is provided for information purposes only and will not prejudice the rights of the parties.
