Improvements in Benefits. Improvements in member benefits contained in this Agreement which are brought about by the amendment or addition of statutory mandated guarantees now provided in California law shall be incorporated into this Agreement.
Improvements in Benefits. Benefits under the control of the Employer will not be diminished during the life of this contract and improvements in such benefits will be made applicable to employees covered by this contract on the same date that such improvements are made applicable to other employees of the Employer.
