Common use of Impressions Clause in Contracts

Impressions. 5.1 Save as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Advertiser and the Agency (if any) acknowledges that Sky has not made any guarantees with respect to usage statistics, levels of Impressions or Referrals for any Campaign. Sky provides the Client with estimated usage statistics only as a courtesy to the Client and Sky will not be held liable (in negligence or otherwise) for any claims relating to any usage statistics however supplied. 5.2 The Advertiser and the Agency (if any) acknowledges that delivery statistics provided by Sky are the official, definitive measurements of Sky's performance on delivery obligations, if any, provided in this Agreement. Notwithstanding Clause 8 below, no other measurements or usage statistics (including those of the Client or any other person's ad server) will be accepted by Sky or have bearing on this Agreement.
