Impressions. A user's viewing of any screen containing an ----------- advertisement, promotion or other similar placement required under this Agreement, as determined by AOL from time to time.
Impressions. Sky provides the Client with estimated usage statistics only as a courtesy to the Client and Sky will not be held liable (in negligence or otherwise) for any claims relating to any usage statistics however supplied.
5.2 The Advertiser and the Agency (if any) acknowledges that delivery statistics provided by Sky are the official, definitive measurements of Sky's performance on delivery obligations, if any, provided in this Agreement. Notwithstanding Clause 8 below, no other measurements or usage statistics (including those of the Client or any other person's ad server) will be accepted by Sky or have bearing on this Agreement.
Impressions. With respect to any Impressions targets specified on Exhibit A, AOL will not be obligated to provide in excess of any of such target amounts in any year. Any shortfall in Impressions at the end of a year will not be deemed a breach of the Agreement by AOL; such shortfall will be added to the Impressions target for the subsequent year. In the event there is a shortfall in Impressions as of the end of the Term (a "Final Shortfall"), AOL will provide 1-800-Flowers, as its sole remedy, with advertising placements through "run of service" advertising on the AOL Network which have a total value, based on an advertising rate of [****] per thousand Impressions, equal to the value of the Final Shortfall (determined by multiplying the percentage of Impressions that were not delivered by the total, guaranteed payment provided for below).

Impressions. Beginning on the Launch Date, Snap will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver a total number of Impressions in the aggregate dollar amounts of $7,500,000 during Year One, $7,500,000 during Year Two and $7,500,000 during Year Three.
