Import, Export, and Customs Compliance. Subject to the provisions of these General Conditions of Purchase, Supplier assumes all responsibility and liability for any shipments covered by a Purchase Order requiring any government import or export clearance. Supplier will comply with all export laws and regulations of all countries involved in transactions associated with this Purchase Order.
