Common use of Implementation Date for Division Clause in Contracts

Implementation Date for Division. Department Criteria Revised criteria will become effective in the Academic Year following approval and distribution by the President or Designee. All Divisions/ Departments shall receive a copy of the approved Division/Department criteria within 15 days of final approval, with copies to individual faculty no later than August 31 of the contractual year in which they take effect.
