Implementation Costs. Within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Preliminary Approval Date, the Secretary shall provide the U.S. Department of the Treasury with all necessary forms and documentation to direct a payment of $5,000,000 to Class Counsel for Implementation Costs, for the benefit of the Class, in accordance with and subject to the following conditions: 1. The Secretary shall direct the deposit of these funds into the Designated Account. Class Counsel shall provide the Secretary in writing with the information necessary to direct the deposit;
