Common use of Impact of Construction Activities Clause in Contracts

Impact of Construction Activities. The Contractor recognizes that from time to time during the period of this Contract, it will be necessary for the Authority to initiate and carry forward extensive programs of construction, reconstruction, expansion, relocation, maintenance and repair on the Airport, and that such construction, reconstruction, expansion, relocation, maintenance and repair may inconvenience or impair the Contractor in its operation at the Airport. The Contractor agrees that no liability shall attach to the Authority, its officers, agents, employees, contractors, subcontractors and representatives by way of such inconveniences or impairment, and the Contractor waives any right to claim damages or other consideration for such inconveniences or impairment.
