Common use of Impact Fee Advisory Committee Clause in Contracts

Impact Fee Advisory Committee. In order to facilitate input from Brevard County and its incorporated municipalities with regard to the appropriation of educational impact fees collected within their respective jurisdictions, towards the development of new or expanded public educational improvement projects, the School Board, during the course of updating the Tentative District Educational Facilities Plan, shall convene an Impact Fee Advisory Committee for each Benefit District.
