Illegal Immigration. Any municipality that enacts or adopts a sanctuary policy will be ineligible for moneys provided through financial assistance agreements administered by any state agency or department until the policy is repealed or is no longer in effect (Missouri Statutes β RSMo 67.307 (2)). No business entity or employer shall knowingly employ, hire for employment, or continue to employ an unauthorized alien to perform work within the state of Missouri (RSMo 285.525 β 285.530).
