Illegal Immigration. Any municipality that enacts or adopts a sanctuary policy will be ineligible for moneys provided through financial assistance agreements administered by any state agency or department until the policy is repealed or is no longer in effect (Missouri Statutes – RSMo 67.307 (2)). No business entity or employer shall knowingly employ, hire for employment, or continue to employ an unauthorized alien to perform work within the state of Missouri (RSMo 285.525 – 285.530).
Illegal Immigration. 1. The Member States and Georgia agree to cooperate in order to prevent and control illegal immigration. To this end: - Georgia agrees to readmit any of its nationals illegally present on the territory of a Member State, upon request by the latter and without further formalities; and - Each Member State agrees to readmit any of its nationals, as defined for community purposes, illegally present on the territory of Georgia, upon request by the latter and without further formalities. The Member States and Georgia will also provide their nationals with appropriate identity Documents for such purposes.

Contractor certifies and agrees that it will comply with the applicable requirements of Title 8, Chapter 14 of the South Carolina Code of Laws and agrees to provide to the State upon request any documentation required to establish either: (a) that Title 8, Chapter 14 is inapplicable both to Contractor and its subcontractors or sub- subcontractors; or (b) that Contractor and its subcontractors or sub-subcontractors are in compliance with Title 8, Chapter 14. Pursuant to Section 8-14-60, "A person who knowingly makes or files any false, fictitious, or fraudulent document, statement, or report pursuant to this chapter is guilty of a felony, and, upon conviction, must be fined within the discretion of the court or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both." Contractor agrees to include in any contracts with its subcontractors language requiring its subcontractors to (a) comply with the applicable requirements of Title 8, Chapter 14, and (b) include in their contracts with the sub-subcontractors language requiring the sub-subcontractors to comply with the applicable requirements of Title 8, Chapter 14. Illegal Immigration. By entering into the Agreement, the Supplier is making an affirmative representation to the City that it has reviewed, understood, and complied with all federal and state laws applicable to hiring practices intended by the governments to preclude illegal immigrants from working. There shall be no worker who performs services or delivers goods who is not a citizen of the United States or who does not have the requisite authorization to work in the United States. Further the Supplier warrants that it has taken all precautions under the law in order to make these assurances.
