Common use of IFAD Client Portal (ICP) Contract Monitoring Tool Clause in Contracts

IFAD Client Portal (ICP) Contract Monitoring Tool. The State shall ensure that a request is sent to IFAD to access the Project procurement Contract Monitoring Tool in the IFAD Client Portal (ICP). The State shall ensure that all contracts, memoranda of understanding, purchase orders and related payments are registered in the Project Procurement Contract Monitoring Tool in the IFAD Client Portal (ICP) in relation to the procurement of goods, works, services, consultancy, non-consulting services, community contracts, grants and financing contracts. The State shall ensure that the contract data is updated on a quarterly basis during the implementation of the Project.
