Common use of IDENTITY DISCLOSURE Clause in Contracts

IDENTITY DISCLOSURE. The Landlord acknowledges that they disclosed to the Tenant the name, address, and telephone number of the person authorized to manage the Premises and the owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner for the purpose of service of process and to receive notices and demands. This disclosure must be made in accordance with § 34-18-20 of the Rhode Island General Laws.
