Identifying Potential Risk. When a teacher or Administrator identifies a potential classroom at risk within each building district-wide, said teacher and Building Administrator shall initially have a conference to resolve the problem. If no resolution is satisfactory to both parties, the problem shall be presented to the building PAC for recommendations. The PAC’s recommendations shall be presented to the Superintendent for resolution and his/her decision shall be final. Any staff member in the building may request that the PAC meet for this purpose at any time during the school year. Further, this group may choose to meet to review the principal’s class lists and recommend changes prior to lists being publicly displayed at the start of school.
