Human Resources Representative. A representative from the Human Resources Division may sit in on all Step 2 and Step 3 hearings. The representative shall be informed of the date and time established for the hearings and shall strive to attend such meetings. In the event a representative is not present, it shall have no effect, and the hearing shall take place. The representative shall have official capacity in the hearing in the area of Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
