NTTP APPOINTMENTS. (1) A full-time, non-teaching technical professional employee is defined as an employee who is scheduled to work more than 20 hours per week. There shall be two classes of non-teaching technical professionals as follows: Full-time - probationary Full-time - permanent Full-time, non-teaching technical professional employees shall be covered by the terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement as indicated below: (a) Full-time probationary non-teaching professional employees shall be covered by all terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement subject to satisfactory evaluation/reappointment. (b) Full-time permanent non-teaching professional employees shall be covered by all terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement. (2) Full-time non-teaching technical professional employees shall become permanent upon four years of continuous service from their original date of appointment. Leaves granted by the Board of Trustees shall not interrupt the continuous service requirement for permanent appointment.
