HQSD Committee Sample Clauses
HQSD Committee. The River View School District will form a Highly Qualified Student Data Committee.
1. The committee will consist of representatives from:
a. Grades 7-12 department members
b. Grades 3-6 content area teachers
c. PreK-2 grade level teachers
d. Reading and Intervention Specialists
e. Curriculum Coordinator
2. The purpose of the committee will be to assist and approve teacher-created assessments as well as determine approved vendor assessments.
3. Any committee work required outside of the workday will be paid at the rate if no less than twenty-five dollars ($25) per meeting and no more than fifty dollars ($50) per meeting per participant.
HQSD Committee a. There shall be a High Quality Student Data Committee that will consist of the following: 2-3 teachers from each building along with each building administrator and Superintendent. The NTEA Executive Committee in collaboration with the Administration will select the teacher members.
b. The committee will receive any necessary and required training, provided by the District.
c. Each Committee member will receive a stipend of $750.
HQSD Committee. In accordance with the Ohio Department of Education’s recommendations, BGCS will create a committee of teachers and administrators to act as the experts in the field of education for local approval of HQSD measures.
1. This committee shall be composed of 2 elementary teachers, 2 secondary teachers, 2 specialists (encore, intervention, etc.), and 3 administrators (1 elementary, 1 secondary, and 1 central administration). The teacher portion of the committee shall be assigned by BGEA. The size of this committee may be adjusted to be larger, but never smaller, with a mutual agreement between BGEA and the Superintendent.
2. The HQSD committee shall identify the HQSD measures in place at BGCS. Additionally, this committee will identify the areas in which HQSD does not exist and shall identify HQSD measures to close these gaps.
3. This committee shall review any additional requests for HQSD.
