Applicable Rules and Regulations The Account and each transaction therein shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and to (a) all applicable laws and the regulations, rules and orders (collectively "regulations") of all regulatory and self-regulatory organizations having jurisdiction and (b) the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations, orders, resolutions, interpretations and customs and usages (collectively "rules") of the market and any associated clearing organization (each an "exchange") on or subject to the rules of which such transaction is executed and/or cleared. The reference in the preceding sentence to exchange rules is solely for DWR's protection and DWR's failure to comply therewith shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or relieve Customer of any obligation or responsibility under this Agreement. DWR shall not be liable to Customer as a result of any action by DWR, its officers, directors, employees or agents to comply with any rule or regulation.
Additional Rules and Regulations A. Sitting on the front stoop, or in the parking lot, playing of music, TV’s, or loud noise of any kind inside or outside of unit loud enough to disturb other tenants shall not be permitted at any time.

Compliance with Rules and Regulations PFPC undertakes to comply with all applicable requirements of the Securities Laws and any laws, rules and regulations of governmental authorities having jurisdiction with respect to the duties to be performed by PFPC hereunder. Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall comply with all laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations of state, federal, municipal, or other agencies or bodies having jurisdiction over use, condition, and occupancy of the Leased Premises. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained elsewhere in this section, it is expressly agreed and understood that Tenant’s obligation to comply with all Applicable Laws does not apply to any violations of Applicable Laws that (a) were in effect and (b) were being violated or with which the Leased Premises was not in compliance immediately prior to the time Tenant accepted the Leased Premises, including without limitation any existing environmental contamination. Tenant will comply with the rules and regulations of the Leased Premises adopted by Landlord in its reasonable discretion. All such rules and regulations and changes and amendments thereto will be sent by Landlord to Tenant in writing and shall thereafter be carried out and observed by Tenant.
