Common use of Hourly Differential Clause in Contracts

Hourly Differential. An hourly differential of two dollars and thirty cents ($2.30) per hour shall be paid for each hour the employee works between the hours of 1600 hours on one (1) day and 0800 hours the following day.

Hourly Differential. An Effective April 1, 2008, an hourly differential of seventy-two dollars and thirty (72) cents ($2.30) per hour shall be paid for each hour the employee works between the hours of 1600 hours on one (1) day and 0800 hours the following day. This clause does not apply to employees working a flexible work arrangement as per Article 19.
