Common use of Hosted Service Clause in Contracts

Hosted Service. Subject to all terms and conditions of this Agreement, including without limitation, Section 2.4, Coinbase will (a) use commercially reasonable efforts to operate the Platform in connection with making the Hosted Service available to Customer in accordance with this Agreement; and (b) make the Documentation available to Customer for use solely in connection with the Coinbase Services. Coinbase reserves the right to modify the Coinbase Services (in whole or in part) at any time, provided that, during the term of this Agreement, Coinbase will not materially reduce the overall functionality of the Hosted Services without providing prior written notice to Customer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Coinbase reserves the right to discontinue support for (or abandon plans to begin supporting) any Network Protocol, as determined in its sole discretion, provided that Coinbase will make commercial reasonable efforts to provide as much prior notice to Customer as is practicable under the circumstances. Coinbase may provide the Coinbase Services, or portions thereof, directly, or indirectly through one or more of its Affiliates or by using contractors or other third-party vendors, provided that Coinbase shall remain liable for the performance of such Affiliates or third-party contractors or vendors.
