Common use of HOLIDAYS/FLOATING HOLIDAYS Clause in Contracts

HOLIDAYS/FLOATING HOLIDAYS. 12.1 HOLIDAYS (amended 10/01/12) 12.2 HOLIDAY – PAID (amended 11/19/08) (a) For all time worked on the holiday at one and one-half (1 1/2) times their respective straight time rate, and (b) A minimum of four (4) hours pay at one and one-half (1 1/2) times their respective straight time rate, when employees are scheduled to work on a holiday. The Company shall endeavor to keep work scheduled on holidays to a minimum.
