Callback Minimum. Employees, who are called back to work after having completed the normal shift and/or after having left the worksite, shall be compensated a minimum of two (2) hours at the overtime rate.

Callback Minimum. ‌ All regular “line” and “staff” members of the Department who work callback assignments as defined in Sections 4.4 and 4.5 below shall be guaranteed compensation for a minimum of two (2) hours when such callback assignments result in less than two (2) hours of actual work.

  • Minimum Call-Back Time An employee who is called in and required to work outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates unless the call-in is immediately prior to their normal work day, in which case there should be no minimum.
