Holidays and Compensation. All full-time employees shall receive the following 10 paid holidays: New Year's Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxx, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Employees shall receive eight (8) hours holiday pay for each of these holidays. Holidays which occur during an employee’s scheduled/approved vacation shall be paid at the employee’s regular rate of pay and shall not be banked. Employees will not be charged vacation leave for the day of the holiday.
