Common use of Holiday Work Clause in Contracts

Holiday Work. If an employee works on any of the holidays listed above, he/she shall be paid double time for all hours worked in addition to his/her holiday pay.

Holiday Work. If an employee works on any of the holidays listed above, a holiday he/she shall be paid double time for all hours worked worked. This is in addition to his/her the employee’s holiday pay. For purposes of computing overtime, Article XV, Section IV, Work Day shall be controlling.
