Holiday Trees Clause Samples
Holiday Trees. Contractor shall Collect all Holiday trees from Single-family and Multi-family Premises which are properly placed for Collection from the first Work Day after December 25th through the third Saturday in January. Collection shall occur on the regularly scheduled Collection day. Holiday Trees placed for Collection must be cut into lengths no longer than six (6) feet, be free of ornaments, garlands, tinsel and flocking, and the stands must be removed. Contractor shall Recycle all Holiday Trees. Holiday Trees set out for pickup that are flocked or contain tinsel or other decorations may be delivered to the Disposal Site at the discretion of the Contractor.
Holiday Trees. Contractor will Collect Holiday Trees discarded next to Customers’ Gray Containers as per the terms and conditions of Section 4.05.a(3).

During this period all Holiday Trees placed out for Collection by LGR Customers shall be Collected by Contractor. LGR Cart Customers shall place trees adjacent to their Source Separated Organic Materials Carts for Collection, and LGR Bin Customers shall place the trees in or adjacent to Source Separated Organic Materials Bins. Trees up to six feet in length will be Collected and Diverted without Customers needing to cut them. Contractor may request that Customers with larger trees cut the trees to pieces no longer than six feet. Contractor shall inform Customers that they are required to remove tinsel, ornaments, and flocking from trees prior to placing for Collection. Contractor shall Collect, but shall not be required to, Divert trees containing tinsel, ornaments and flocking. Contractor shall Process all Holiday Trees that are properly set out for Collection as Organic Waste.

SMR Customers Cart Customers shall place trees adjacent to their Source Separated Organic Materials Carts for Collection. Holiday Trees. For the purposes of this Agreement, the term Solid Waste is defined to include, and Franchisee shall collect, at no additional cost to the Customer or the City, one Holiday Tree placed at curbside for collection per Customer. Holiday Trees shall be disposed of by Franchisee in the same manner as Landscape Waste.
Holiday Trees. Contractor will collect Holiday Trees the first two weeks of January at no cost to the residents. Collection of Holiday Trees outside of this designated collection period will be subject to fees determined by the Contractor. Advertisement and/or notice of this service to residents is the responsibility of Contractor. Notice must be made at least one‐week before collection begins.
Holiday Trees. For at least three (3) weeks following December 25th each year, Contractor shall, free of charge, Collect all Holiday Trees placed out for Collection by Customers. Such trees shall not be comingled with other Solid Waste and shall be delivered to a proper facility for processing, rather than disposal, as required by the provisions hereof.
