Holiday Eligibility. Employee eligibility for holiday pay is subject to the following conditions and qualifications: (a) The employee must work on the Employer's last scheduled day before and the first scheduled day after the holiday unless the employee is on a paid leave of absence. (b) An employee who agrees to work on a holiday but fails to report for work shall not be entitled to holiday pay. (c) The employee must not be on an unpaid leave of absence or disciplinary suspension. (d) The employee must not be on layoff in excess of thirty (30) days.
