Common use of Holiday during Hiatus Clause in Contracts

Holiday during Hiatus. In the event of a hiatus (a break in production) of fourteen14 consecutive days or less, the Company and the Employee shall retain an employment relationship such that the Company will retain recall rights and be responsible for all applicable holiday pay incurred during said hiatus. When applicable, holiday remuneration will be payable pursuant to Article 16 of this agreement.
