Holiday Assignment. When operational considerations require that a Captain of a Unit work on a holiday, as defined in Section 11.1, the most senior Captain will be given the option to work, provided that the holiday is the Captain’s regular work day and watch. For the purpose of this Section, a Unit may be defined as a Bureau, Division, Area, District, Section, group or watch, etc.
