Holding of Invalidity. If any Article or section of this Agreement should be held invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby. In such event, the parties shall enter into immediate collective bargaining negotiations for the purpose of arriving at a mutually satisfactory replacement for such Article, section or provision held invalid.
