Hold Back Pay. A two (2) week hold back of pay for employees may be implemented by the AMHA. If the AMHA implements a two (2) week hold back on pay, the AMHA will give employees one (1) week's advance pay on the first payday on which the two (2) week hold back pay is first implemented. The advance pay will then be paid back to the AMHA by the employees through twenty-six (26) equal payroll deductions. Advance pay will be deducted from the final pay check of employees if they have not fully reimbursed the AMHA for the advance pay.

  • Back Pay The resolution of a grievance shall not include provisions for back pay retroactive further than twenty (20) working days prior to the date the grievance is filed. However, if with the exercise of reasonable diligence the act or omission being grieved was not discovered within 10 working days of its occurrence, and the grievance is subsequently timely filed pursuant to Section 3, then the resolution of the grievance may include provision for back pay for a maximum period of one year from the date the grievance was filed.

  • Call Back Pay 1. When an employee returns to work because of an agency/department request made after the employee has completed his or her normal work shift and left the work station, the employee shall be credited with four (4) hours work plus any hours of work in excess of four (4) hours in which the employee is continuously engaged in work for which he or she was called back.

  • Callback Pay When an employee is called back to work after having completed their normal workday, they shall be granted a minimum of two (2) hours pay at time and one half. This provision shall not apply when the hours worked are an extension of the employee's workday.

  • LIVING AWAY FROM HOME ALLOWANCE 27.1 For the purpose of this Clause, a “distant project” is one where the location of the “on-site project work” is such that because of its distance or because of the travelling facilities available to and from the location, it is reasonably necessary for an employee to live and sleep at some place other than his/her usual place of residence.

  • Minimum Pay The minimum time for which overtime compensation shall be paid under the provisions of Section 208.12 shall be two hours, except that if an employee, who has been notified to report for prearranged work outside of his/her regular work hours on workdays, continues to work into or beyond regular work hours, the employee shall be paid overtime compensation only for actual work time up to regular work hours, and for travel time as provided in Section 208.12 hereof.
