High Voltage. 15.01 When working on live circuits carrying 750 rated volts or more, at least two workers must be assigned to perform the work, one of whom shall be an experienced journeyman, the other to be an employee who is a competent worker in the opinion of the employee in charge of the work. The Superintendent is not to be considered a journeyman. 15.02 Outdoor work on primary distribution involving rubber gloves shall not be carried out when the ambient temperature exceeds -25 degrees Fahrenheit or -35 degrees Fahrenheit wind chill, except in an emergency.
