HHH. “Product” means any chemical substance, whether licit or illicit, whether used for medicinal or non-medicinal purposes, and whether natural, synthetic, or semi-synthetic, or any finished pharmaceutical product made from or with such substance, that is (1) an opioid or opiate, as well as any product containing any such substance; (2) a benzodiazepine, a muscle relaxer, carisoprodol, zolpidem, or gabapentin; or (3) a combination or “cocktail” of any stimulant or other chemical substance prescribed, sold, bought, or dispensed to be used together that includes opioids or opiates. “Product” shall include, but is not limited to, any substance consisting of or containing buprenorphine, codeine, fentanyl, hydrocodone, hydromorphone, meperidine, methadone, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, tapentadol, tramadol, opium, heroin, carfentanil, diazepam, estazolam, quazepam, alprazolam, clonazepam, oxazepam, flurazepam, triozolam, temazepam, midazolam, carisoprodol, gabapentin, or any variant of these substances or any similar substance. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this section prohibits a Settling State from taking administrative or regulatory action related to a benzodiazepine (including, but not limited to, diazepam, estazolam, quazepam, alprazolam, clonazepam, oxazepam, flurazepam, triozolam, temazepam, and midazolam), a muscle relaxer, carisoprodol, zolpidem, or gabapentin that is wholly independent from the use of such drugs in combination with opioids, provided such action does not seek money (including abatement and/or remediation) for conduct prior to the Effective Date.
HHH. Supplemental feedings administered via tube. This type of nutrition therapy is also known as enteral feeding. Formulas intended for this type of feeding as well as supplies, equipment, and accessories needed to administer this type of nutrition therapy, are Covered.
HHH. Learning about the aforementioned Nomination Agreement dated 23.01.2017 the Owners No. 3 to 7 herein found that it is convenient for all the parties concerned to enter into a Development Agreement with the Promoter herein treating the Nomination Agreement dated 23.01.2017, the registered Development Agreement dated 22.05.2013 being deed no. 6368 of 2013 and the registered General Power of Attorney dated 22.05.2013 being deed no.6369 of 2013 as ineffective with the clear undertaking that the Owners No. 3 to 7 herein will not demand any flat or car parking space from K.P. construction pursuant to the said Development Agreement dated 22.05.2013 being Deed no. 6368 of 2013 and consequently Xxxxx Xxx as the constituted attorney of the Owners No. 3 to 7 herein will not claim any flat, car parking space from the Promoter herein on the strength of the Nomination Agreement dated 23.01.2017;

HHH. O.R.C. All persons employed at the H.H.H.O.R.C. who are scheduled to work by the headmaster or his or her designee beyond the regular teacher work day shall be paid at the con- tractual hourly rate specified in Section VIII(H)(12) prorated for any fraction of an hour so scheduled. This salary differential will be part of the teacher’s an- nual salary and teachers will receive this in equal installments included as part of their regular pay checks. The teaching load at the HHHORC will be consistent with the principles set forth in Sections V(A)(2)(a)-(d) and V(A)(4)(a)(2) based upon a longer work day.
