Heritage Register. Long association with Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx who ran a well-established automotive business the N.D. XxXxxxxx House was built by, and presumably occupied by N.D. XxXxxxxx, who played an important role in the residential development of the city during its 1st civic phase. The house was built in 1912 by N.D. XxXxxxxx who was both realtor and developer. It was bought by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, who first appears in the directories as a "vulcanizer" for X.X. Xxxxx Garage in 1922.   • The Register (i) Administrative Agent shall maintain, at its address referred to in subsection 10.8, a register for the recordation of the names and addresses of Lenders and the Commitments and Loans of each Lender from time to time (the "Register"). The Register shall be available for inspection by Company or any Lender at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.

  • Note Register The Issuer appoints the Indenture Trustee to be the “Note Registrar” and to keep a register (the “Note Register”) for the purpose of registering Notes and transfers and exchanges of Notes. On resignation of the Note Registrar, the Issuer will promptly appoint a successor or, if it elects not to make the appointment, assume the obligations of Note Registrar.   • Share Register The Paying Agent shall maintain the share register, which shall contain a list of the Holders, the number of shares held by each Holder and the address of each Holder. The Paying Agent shall record in the share register any change of address of a Holder upon notice by such Holder.   • Properly Registered The Adviser is registered as an investment adviser under the Advisers Act, and will remain so registered for the duration of this Agreement. The Adviser is in compliance in all material respects with all applicable federal and state law in connection with its investment management operations.

  • Maintenance of Register The Administrative Agent shall maintain at one of its offices in Charlotte, North Carolina a copy of each Lender assignment agreement delivered to it in accordance with the terms of subsection (b) above and a register for the recordation of the identity of the principal amount, type and Interest Period of each Loan outstanding hereunder, the names, addresses and the Commitments of the Lenders pursuant to the terms hereof from time to time (the "Register"). The Administrative Agent will make reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy of the Register and to promptly update the Register from time to time, as necessary. The entries in the Register shall be conclusive in the absence of manifest error and the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders may treat each Person whose name is recorded in the Register pursuant to the terms hereof as a Lender hereunder for all purposes of this Credit Agreement. The Register shall be available for inspection by the Borrower and each Lender, at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.
