Common use of Hearing Tests Clause in Contracts

Hearing Tests. The Company will conduct hearing tests on all employees once per year at no cost to the employee. A worker shall not be tested until they have been removed from the noise exposure for a minimum of fifteen (15) hours. The employee is also expected to keep themselves removed from noise exposure during their off hours for a minimum of fifteen hours prior to a scheduled hearing test.
