Common use of Hearing Levels Clause in Contracts

Hearing Levels. Level 1: An employee having cause for complaint shall within ten (10) days of its occurrence or knowledge of its occurrence, discuss the grievance with his/her immediate supervisor in an attempt to resolve same. An Association representative may be present during these discussions if requested by the grievant.

An employee and Association having cause for a complaint shall shall, within ten five (105) days of its occurrence or knowledge of its occurrence, discuss file a grievance form (Appendix C) with the grievance with his/her immediate supervisor in an attempt to resolve samesupervisor.
