Common use of Health Plan Retention Clause in Contracts

Health Plan Retention. (1) PLAN shall retain 34.41 percent from the Medi-Cal managed care rate increases paid to PLAN by DHCS as described in this Agreement prior to disbursing LMMCRR IGT payments to PROVIDER.

Health Plan Retention. (1) PLAN shall retain 34.41 31.35 percent from the Medi-Cal managed care rate increases paid to PLAN by DHCS as described in this Agreement prior to disbursing LMMCRR IGT payments to PROVIDER.

Health Plan Retention. (1) PLAN shall retain 34.41 31.71 percent from the Medi-Cal managed care rate increases paid to PLAN by DHCS as described in this Agreement prior to disbursing LMMCRR IGT payments to PROVIDER.

Health Plan Retention. (1) PLAN shall retain 34.41 two percent (2.0%) of the net proceeds (after reimbursing PROVIDER’s initial contribution for the transaction), from the Medi-Cal managed care rate increases paid to PLAN by DHCS as described in this Agreement prior to disbursing LMMCRR IGT payments to PROVIDER.
