Health Benefits. The Employer shall contribute toward the costs for health benefits for each full time employee deemed eligible. Participation in the health benefit is voluntary for each eligible employee. In order to qualify for the Employer’s share of the monthly cost, the employee must qualify under the rules and regulations of the respective carrier or health service plan and may enroll in one of the following plans according to the Employer’s current procedures.
