Health and Welfare Plans. 3. Employees appointed for more than eight months will be eligible for Health and Welfare Benefits in accordance with the Collective Agreement. If the appointment is less than eight months, employees will receive $0.55 per hour in lieu of Health and Welfare Benefits.
