Common use of Health and Safety at Work Xxx 0000 Clause in Contracts

Health and Safety at Work Xxx 0000. 21.1.Each party will comply with the Health and Safety at Work Xxx 0000 (HSW Act), including all health and safety duties specified in Part 2 of the HSW Act, as well as all other applicable standards and codes of practice relating to health and safety. In addition, each party will comply with the other party’s pre-notified and reasonable health and safety policies when on the party’s premises.
