Hazardous Substance Assessments. A Phase I environmental site assessment report concerning Hazardous Substances and asbestos on such Real Estate dated or updated not more than six (6) months prior to the inclusion of such Real Estate in the Collateral, from an Environmental Engineer, such report to contain no qualifications except those that are acceptable to the Majority Banks in their sole discretion and to otherwise be in form and substance satisfactory to the Majority Banks.
