Half Pay Provision. (a) The Employer may allow an Employee who is entitled to paid parental leave to take that leave at half pay for a period equal to twice the period to which the Employee would otherwise be entitled, subject to the total amount of leave taken not exceeding fifty two (52) weeks.
Half Pay Provision. An Employee who is entitled to paid maternity leave or adoption (primary caregiver) leave shall be entitled to take that leave at half pay for twice the period, provided that the combined total period of parental leave does not exceed the amounts set out in clauses 37.8(a) and 37.8(b) above.
