Half Pay Provision. 54.9.1 An employee who is entitled to paid maternity leave or adoption (primary caregiver) leave shall be entitled to take that leave at half pay for twice the period, provided that the combined total period of parental leave does not exceed the amounts set out in clauses 54.8.4 and 54.8.5 above.
