Holidays During Leave. Where a Public Holiday occurs during a period of long service leave granted to an Employee, the Public Holiday is not to be regarded as part of the long service leave and the Employer will grant the Employee a day off in lieu.
Holidays During Leave. A holiday that falls within a period of approved leave shall not be counted as a discretionary or accumulative leave day.

Eligible Period of Service In clause 54.6 “eligible period of service” in relation to an Employee means the period of Continuous Service between four years and seven years. An Employee is entitled, or in the case of death is deemed to have been entitled, to a pro rata amount of long service leave with pay based on the Employee’s eligible period of service in the VPS if: on account of age or ill health: the Employee retires or is retired; or the employment of the Employee is terminated by the Employer; or the employment of the Employee is terminated for any other reason except for serious misconduct or resignation by the Employee; or the Employee dies.
Holidays During Leave. When a holiday occurs during a paid leave of absence (vacation, illness or other), the holiday shall not be charged as a day of leave.
Holidays During Leave. Subject to this sub-clause the annual leave prescribed by this clause shall be exclusive of any holidays prescribed by clause 26 of this Agreement and if any such holiday falls within an employee’s period of annual leave and is observed on a day which in the case of that employee would have been an ordinary working day there shall be added to the period of annual leave time equivalent to the ordinary time which the employee would have worked if such a day had not been a holiday.
