Habitat, Vegetation and Wildlife BMPs. ‌ During Project operations, the Certificate Holder shall implement appropriate operational BMPs to minimize impacts to plants and animals. In addition to those BMPs, the Certificate Holder shall also take the following steps to minimize impacts:
