Common use of Habitat, Vegetation and Wildlife BMPs Clause in Contracts

Habitat, Vegetation and Wildlife BMPs. ‌ During Site operations, the Certificate Holder shall implement appropriate operational BMPs to minimize impacts to plants and animals, especially impacts to special status species such as giant Palouse earthworm, sharp-tailed snake, Columbia spotted frog, sandhill crane, greater sage- grouse, and Bald and Golden Eagles.32 In addition to those BMPs, the Certificate Holder shall also take the following steps to minimize impacts:
