Groundwater Storage Programs. The District shall cooperate with other contractors in the development and establishment of groundwater storage programs. The District may elect to store project water in a groundwater storage program outside its service area for later use within its service area. There shall be no limit on the amount of project water the District can store outside its service area during any year in a then existing and operational groundwater storage program.
